Dr. Chen is an exceptional dentist who is always professional & knowledgeable & genuinely caring , I always felt confident that I'm receiving the highest quality treatment & honest recommendation. The front desk team has always been wonderful, friendly & always willing to help with scheduling, insurance information & answering any questions I may have. Recently I experienced a dental emergency & was in significant pain, although i ended up needing a root canal, I felt relieved knowing that I was in such capable hands. The treatment was handled promptly & I was able to leave the office out of pain the very same day. After 7 years as a patient, I can honestly say that the level of care ,compassion & professionalism provided by Dr. Chen & his staff has been exceptional. I'm truly thankful for everything they have done for me & would highly recommend The Radiant Smile to everyone looking for exceptional care.

I had a wonderful experience at Radiant Smile! The entire team is extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. They truly care about their patients and go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout your visit. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, and takes the time to answer any questions you may have. The level of customer care is outstanding, and it’s clear that they genuinely value their patients. I always feel confident that I’m receiving the best care possible. I highly recommend Radiant Smile to anyone looking for a dental office that is professional, caring, and dedicated to its patients. I’ll definitely be coming here for all my future dental care!

The Radiant Smile is the best dental practice I’ve ever used and I feel truly lucky to have found them. Dr. Chen and Dr. Basko practice dentistry at the highest level, showing true professionalism, compassion, and kindness. I began to visit The Radiant Smile at a vulnerable time in my life after a major loss; Dr. Chen’s and Dr. Basko’s kindness and patience made all the difference. The hygienists are also extremely professional and have treated me with kindness and with a calmness and sense of humor that can make a visit to the dentist so much easier. The office staff are also extremely professional, and they set a tone that is calm and welcoming when you walk through the door. They are unfailingly patient and understanding if you have to reschedule an appointment. I can’t say enough good things about The Radiant Smile. Thank you all!

Regular cleanings are efficient and usually on time. Dr. Chen always takes time to consult with me on any questions or concerns I have. I haven't had any issues since going to The Radiant Smile so I can only speak to bi-annual checkups.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen since 2003 and i drive an hour and a half each way to see him for the past 14 years. Once you find a dentist you trust, you stick with them. I was never pressured into doing unnecessary work, i was given good advice and great service whenever i did have an issue. The office is top notch and staff has been there for years which says a lot. I always deal with the same people, they know me and i know and trust them. Like many others, i hated going to the dentist before Dr. Chen, but he always made me feel very comfortable, very numb when i needed to be :-) and i really appreciated that! I have had many different procedures elective and necessary and i have never experienced any issues after or ever again. His work is top notch! As long as he is there, that is where I will be going!
